OUR INVESTMENT CRITERIA
Our real estate investment efforts are focused on the acquisition and management of investment-grade commercial properties with a diverse, yet complimentary, mix of tenants, high occupancy rates, and opportunities to benefit from previously untapped value. This includes re-positioning the property within its respective market, enhancing the current tenant mix, attracting new tenants, building expansion space for existing tenants, and/or building pad sites.
We invest in office buildings, strip retail stores, shopping centers, and industrial properties. Those located on busy roads with good visibility in all directions, hard corners, intersections with signaled traffic lights, and plenty of parking are preferred. We will consider all suitable properties on Long Island and the surrounding regions.
